Mark as Useful They call & inform me that I have an outstanding loan that I have not bad. If I do not try to pay this out of court, they will send the sheriff's dept. to arrest me. They said that they will carry me out of my home and put me in jail. I have not taken out a loan with any of the so called loan companies on the dates that they have given me. I do not not know what to do as I cannot afford to loose me job.
